An account of preparation for and undertaking of a cycle tour of Britain Feb.-June 2013. The 'Just Giving' page has now closed, very many thanks to those who donated I think about £400 was given. It had not been my prime motive but both the Hospice and I are very grateful for the money raised. Please keep reading the blog and commenting, I may try to turn it into a book if anyone might be interested.

Day 75 part 3.
What I find truly, midbogglingly, incredible is that I can stand in a field in the remote north west corner of Scotland and post this picture taken from Faraid Head and that people all over the world can see it.
Astonishing isn't it.
Good night.

That looks incredible (and not just because it's going out to the world from the north of Scotland) and I want to go there...
ReplyDeleteFrom your blog anyone would think the UK was a nice place to tour around - we need more reality, some gritty stuff, a nuclear waste holding pen, an asylum detention centre for Sassenachs trying to cross the border.....or Glasgow. Safe pedalling Robin, it all looks amazing, Mark.
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to your next blog - guess you must be 'off the grid' - hope all is progressing well.
